The MMG IRC Server has been shut down. The main contributing factors were increased server costs and a lack of interest from our members. That being said, we will move our IRC chat back to vgmix's server.

We encourage all members who wish to reach out in the community to consider giving IRC a shot. Who knows; maybe you'll like it.

also, just posting to say that i think a lot of people disregard IRC without giving it a shot. there are a lot of active posters (den, ryujin, dewgy (you faggot), etc.) that i think would really add to/benefit from the discussion on IRC.

also, you might notice a lot of people lurking (or "idling") in the channel. they may not respond immediately. there's nothing wrong with logging in and just hanging around, waiting for people to respond. a lot of us have triggers set up so a loud beep sounds when you say our names.

you can often get our attention by saying:

someone will almost definitely respond eventually
