We've added an AJAX IRC client (courtesy of Mibbit.com) to the website to facilitate the use of IRC. If you want to check out the IRC channel but don't want to bother with setting up a client on your computer, just browse over to the Chat page using the link added to the website's navigation bar.

also @sleeve you should put a paint splatter on machine locations so people can tell that they've moused over it

i did but it doesn't appear to be working. ill look into it.

IRC was interesting today

anyone got the logs from when that weirdo was in there?

i'm sure roger, jared, or zach does

or anyone else who uses irssi and was idling in the room at the time

i've got the full log. i should go back and read some of it since i was at work all day
